1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The But Pro platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or access any gaming product on this site. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that using an online betting and gaming platform is your own personal decision made with full awareness of the financial risks involved.

But Pro reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you are 18 or above, But Pro may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any balance until verification is resolved to our satisfaction. Attempting to register as an underage user is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. But Pro does not provide legal advice and does not make any representation regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Use of the platform is at your own risk and your own determination of applicable local law.

2 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each person may hold only one registered account on But Pro. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. If multiple accounts are detected, But Pro reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets placed through those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your real name, a valid email address and accurate identification details if requested during verification. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of any balance.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. But Pro will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify But Pro immediately at [email protected]. But Pro cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

You must not share your But Pro account with any other person. Account sharing is a breach of these terms regardless of whether the shared use results in any financial gain or harm.

3 Deposits and PKR Transactions

All deposits, bets, wins and withdrawals on the But Pro platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount that arrives in your But Pro account balance, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that may apply.

But Pro supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. But Pro does not guarantee that any particular payment method will always be available.

Deposit Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet app. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. But Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

But Pro reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. These limits may be applied at the platform level or at the individual account level based on verification status or responsible gaming assessments.

4 Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

All bets placed on But Pro are subject to these terms and to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event on which the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the terms of that bet, including the odds, the event covered and the settlement conditions.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. But Pro reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed platform liability limits, bets placed on events where there is a suspicion of irregular activity, and bets that appear to exploit a technical error in the displayed odds.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a valid result under the applicable sport rules.
• The bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a clearly visible system error or human keying error.
• The event result is officially reversed by the governing body after initial settlement.
• The bet was placed on an event in which a participant was ineligible to compete and this affects the validity of the result.

In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting is subject to internet connectivity, data feed accuracy and platform availability. But Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted in-play betting availability during any specific event. Bets accepted in-play are settled based on the official result of the event at the time the bet was placed, not the state of play at the moment of acceptance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. But Pro applies this policy to reduce the risk of money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. If a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, But Pro may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times will be displayed in your account at the time of the withdrawal request. But Pro aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements that apply to your account at the time of the request.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account must be resolved before a withdrawal can be initiated. Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• But Pro reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests before approving them. These checks may take additional time but are carried out for the security of all users.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where But Pro has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account sharing, multiple account usage or any other breach of these terms.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

But Pro may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets or other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time it is made available. General bonus conditions that apply across all But Pro promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are applied to your bonus balance separately from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Free bets are credited as a single-use amount and do not return the stake as part of any winnings. Winnings from free bets are credited as real money subject to any applicable wagering conditions.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, constitutes abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• But Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the But Pro platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and may result in forfeiture of account balances and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting errors in the platform's displayed odds, game outcomes or bonus calculations to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets or gaming sessions.
• Using a But Pro account to conduct, facilitate or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing But Pro on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or exploit any part of the But Pro platform's technical infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting or facilitating any content or communication through But Pro that is abusive, defamatory, threatening or unlawful.

8 Gaming Products

But Pro offers a range of gaming products in addition to sports betting. These include Slots, Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo. All gaming products on the platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live feed systems where applicable. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual slot and casino-style games is determined by the game provider and displayed within the individual game where required.

Each gaming product on But Pro is subject to its own gameplay rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. You should review the individual game rules before playing. But Pro does not guarantee any specific outcome in any gaming product. All results are determined by the underlying game mechanics and are not influenced by But Pro beyond the platform's role in hosting and presenting the game.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket is the primary sport covered in But Pro's Bet and Sports sections. PSL fixtures, T20 international matches, Pakistan home series, ICC tournaments and other major cricket events are covered with pre-match and in-play markets. Football betting is also available, covering the Pakistan Premier League, international club competitions and major tournaments. Esports markets covering CS2, Valorant and similar titles are available in the Bet section. The availability of specific markets for any event is not guaranteed and may change based on data availability, event status or operational decisions.

9 Responsible Gaming

But Pro is an entertainment platform. Sports betting and online gaming carry financial risk and are not suitable as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. We encourage every But Pro user to set a personal PKR budget for betting and gaming activities before each session and to treat that budget as a fixed entertainment expense rather than a potential investment.

But Pro provides the following responsible gaming tools within every registered account:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, limits cannot be raised instantly – a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been active on the platform for a set period.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily restrict your own account for a defined period – from 24 hours to several weeks – without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from But Pro. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. But Pro will not send marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

10 Privacy and Data

But Pro collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. The full details of how your personal data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the But Pro Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering an account on But Pro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to But Pro as a platform operator.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the But Pro platform – including but not limited to the But Pro brand name, logo, site design, text content, graphics, icons, game interfaces and software – is the property of But Pro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any But Pro content without prior written permission.

Your use of the But Pro platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence to use But Pro's intellectual property beyond what is required for normal personal use of the platform as a registered user.

12 Limitation of Liability

But Pro provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to any part of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed disruptions and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, But Pro's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform – whether arising from contract, tort, negligence or any other basis – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

But Pro is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any banking institution.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a technical error, provided that But Pro takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

But Pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to multiple account usage, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, automated betting, money laundering suspicion and underage use.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, But Pro may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder via a supported PKR payment method.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting But Pro support. Upon verified request, your account will be closed and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions.

14 Changes to These Terms

But Pro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law or operational requirements. When material changes are made, But Pro will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and may notify registered users by email where the changes are significant.

Your continued use of the But Pro platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
